Description
NORCOTE HARD AND FAST is a super high solids emulsion. The outstanding properties of the finish are:

Excellent water and detergent resistance.
Ideal for use on: vinyl; vinyl asbestos; thermoplastic; asphalt; linoleum rubber; composition; terrazzo; marble; finished concrete; quarry tiles; ceramic tiles and all sealed wood and cork floors.
Hard & Fast is best applied with a flat mop to give an even coat, allow 20 minutes drying time then apply a second coat. Norcote will dry to a smooth high gloss finish.
