Who We Are
We're a busy and growing team supporting trade and business customers across the UK. We take pride in giving every client a smooth, friendly, and reliable service — whether it’s processing orders, answering questions, or helping them find exactly what they need. We're now looking for a Customer Service Executive to help us look after our B2B customers and keep everything running smoothly.
What You'll Be Doing
- Chatting with customers via phone, email, live web chat
- Helping our B2B account customers with orders and advice
- Coordinating customer collections and keeping customers updated
- Building and maintaining records on our expanding website
- Taking ownership of tasks, solving problems, and working independently
What We're Looking For
- Previous admin or customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills - written and spoken
- Basic Excel knowledge (sorting, finding duplicates, simple calculations)
- A confident, proactive attitude - you know how to get things done without constant supervision
- Friendly, approachable, and a team player
What We Offer
